By accessing or using Coheria.ai, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Coheria provides a multi-expert AI collaboration platform. The Service is available as cloud-hosted and self-hosted deployment options.

You must provide accurate registration information and maintain the security of your credentials. You must be at least 18 years of age.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You shall not attempt to bypass security features, generate harmful content, reverse-engineer proprietary algorithms, or share account credentials.

Your Content: You retain all rights to content you submit. We claim no ownership of your input or generated outputs.

Generated Outputs: Provided to you without restriction. Use, modify, and distribute as you see fit. Outputs are provided "as-is" and should be independently verified.

Our Platform: The Service is owned by Coheria AI, Inc. and protected by intellectual property laws.

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance. Cancel at any time — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. AI-generated outputs may contain errors. You are solely responsible for verifying outputs, especially for safety-critical applications.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, COHERIA AI, INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may modify these terms with 30 days' notice. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may request a data export within 30 days of termination.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States.
